I have extensive experience with data entry and filing. I have been performing data entry and filing tasks for the past 5 years, including entering patient data into the computer system and filing electronic medical records. 

I have a deep understanding of the importance of data accuracy and pay close attention to detail when entering data.

 I also have experience filing patient records in both physical and electronic formats and am familiar with the HIPAA regulations in regards to filing and accessing patient records.

Do you have experience with insurance verification?

Yes, I have experience with insurance verification. I have worked for two years as a pharmacy technician, where I was responsible for verifying insurance information for clients. 

I am familiar with a variety of health insurance plans and can accurately input the necessary patient information into the system to check for coverage and eligibility.

 I am also experienced in dealing with any discrepancies that arise in the process, and I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the accuracy of the insurance verification process.

Are you familiar with HIPAA compliance regulations?

Yes, I am familiar with HIPAA compliance regulations. HIPAA stands for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and is a federal law that was passed in 1996.

Its purpose is to protect private and sensitive patient health information from unauthorized use and disclosure. As a pharmacy assistant, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that all patient records are kept strictly confidential and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
